{"id":81032,"date":"2019-03-28T15:48:02","date_gmt":"2019-03-28T15:48:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/plazajuarez.mx\/index\/index.php\/2019\/03\/28\/reforma-para-juzgar-al-presidente-un-gran-avance-dice-amlo\/"},"modified":"2019-03-28T15:48:02","modified_gmt":"2019-03-28T15:48:02","slug":"reforma-para-juzgar-al-presidente-un-gran-avance-dice-amlo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plazajuarez.mx\/historico\/reforma-para-juzgar-al-presidente-un-gran-avance-dice-amlo\/","title":{"rendered":"Reforma para juzgar al presidente, un gran avance, dice AMLO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AMLO\u00a0destac\u00f3 que con esta reforma al art\u00edculo 108 se acaba con la impunidad constitucional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador calific\u00f3 como un gran avance para desterrar la corrupci\u00f3n y la impunidad, la reforma hecha por el Senado con la cual el presidente en turno pueda ser juzgado por delitos electorales y de corrupci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cConf\u00edo en que esta reforma a la Constituci\u00f3n avance en su proceso legislativo y que la C\u00e1mara de Diputados pueda agregar que adem\u00e1s del presidente y los legisladores, los gobernadores en funciones puedan ser juzgado por esos delitos\u201d, dijo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En su conferencia de prensa matutina, en Palacio Nacional, el presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador destac\u00f3 que con esta reforma al art\u00edculo 108 se acaba con la impunidad constitucional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;En la Constituci\u00f3n de 1824 se pod\u00eda juzgar al presidente por cohecho o soborno.
